Ryan Yap
Ryan Yap, the managing partner of the firm, started of as a young paralegal executive with Messrs. CHUR ASSOCIATES where he was first introduced to the real estate world. Upon obtaining his Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) he commences his legal practice with Messrs. TEH & LEE where he was assigned to handle development projects and retail leasing.
Ryan then joined Messrs. JERALD GOMEZ & ASSOCIATES, a boutique dispute resolution firm to gain experience in litigation and other court related matters.
Prior to setting up RYAN YAP & ASSOCIATES, Ryan was a partner at Messrs. L Y LU & CO who specializes in conveyancing and banking matters.
